Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered in 3–6 working days after dispatch, so most arrive within 4–9 working days (Monday to Friday). We cannot guarantee specific dates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched, and you can check it on our Track Your Order page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. Email returns@pawbrio.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
My item arrived damaged or faulty
Email returns@pawbrio.co.uk with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund and reimburse reasonable return postage.

How do I choose the right size?
Each collection page has a buying guide and each product page has a size chart. Measure your pet rather than going by breed.
Are electrical products UK plug?
Yes. Fountains, feeders, litter boxes, clippers and dryers ship with a UK plug or USB power and UKCA/CE marking.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. See Payment Methods.
