When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. Click it to see the latest scan from the courier.
Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Pawbrio.
- Log in to your account and open the order; the tracking number is shown there.
- Still stuck? Email support@pawbrio.co.uk with your order number and we will send the tracking details.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered in 3–6 working days after dispatch, so most arrive within 4–9 working days. If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.
Multiple parcels
If your order contains more than one item, some items may be dispatched separately. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
