Collection: Dog Harnesses

Comfortable, escape-resistant dog harnesses for everyday walks, training and the car. Pawbrio stocks no-pull front-clip harnesses, padded step-in harnesses, puppy harnesses and reflective designs in sizes for every breed, with free UK delivery.

Choosing a dog harness

Measure the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs and the neck where a collar would sit, then check the size chart on the product page rather than going by breed. You should be able to fit two fingers under the straps once fitted.

No-pull harnesses with a front D-ring gently turn a dog back towards you when they pull, which helps with training. Padded Y-front or step-in harnesses are best for all-day comfort and dachshunds or small breeds. Choose reflective trim for dark winter walks and a back handle if you need to lift or steady your dog.

Dog Harnesses FAQs

How do I measure for a dog harness?

Measure chest girth behind the front legs and neck circumference, then use the size chart on each product. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one and adjust the straps.

What is a no-pull harness?

A harness with a front-chest clip. When the dog pulls, the lead attachment turns them sideways rather than letting them drive forward, which makes walks calmer.

Can I use a harness in the car?

Only with a harness and seat-belt tether designed for it. See our Dog Car Seats & Travel collection for crash-tested options.

What if the harness doesn't fit?
